Our different rooms and accommodations are divided into 6 buildings (A, B, C, D, E and G) categorized below with 2 statuses.

Building G has a special status (Low Cost Housing) which will require additional criteria to be accommodated.

Buildings A,B,C,D and E

Status: Young workers’ center
For minor or adult students.

Departure notice: 8 days.

Each room is furnished and equipped (including fridge and microwave).

Entitles you to APL.

Single room :

With individual bathroom

With collective kitchen on the same floor - for 6 people

Double room :

With shared entrance and bathroom for 2 people

With shared kitchen for 2 (in the entrance)

  • Total monthly rent: 364,36 €
With collective kitchen on the same floor - for 6 people
  • Available in buildings: D and E
  • Number of rooms: 48
  • Deposit and basic rent: 335,68 €
  • Service package: 60€
  • Total monthly rent: 395,68 €

Family type apartment :
15.76 m² per student

With 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 1 kitchen per apartment

With 4 to 5 single rooms (1 student per room)

  • Number of rooms: 27
  • Deposit and basic rent: 292,00 €
  • Service package: 60€
  • Total monthly rent: 352,00 €
With 3 single rooms (1 student per room)
  • Available in buildings: A and C
  • Number of rooms: 6

Building G

Status: Low-rent housing (HLM)
Adult students only.

Departure notice: 3 months (reduction to 1 month possible under conditions)

Regularization of charges at the end of the year

Entitles you to APL and RLS.
