The security deposit
This is a sum of money paid to the landlord to protect against potential damages caused by the tenant, which may be discovered when the keys are returned. If no damages are found, this amount is refunded within 2 months after the end of the lease.
The commitment of a guarantor (solidarity guarantor)
Only VISALE is accepted as a guarantor. If you are over 30 years old or are a minor, please indicate this when submitting your registration request (a checkbox is provided for this).
Be careful with payment methods!
We do not accept payments by VAD, American Express, or cash!
The due notice
No Every month, we distribute a due notice in your mailbox.
This must be paid by the 10th of the following month. For example, March’s rent must be paid by April 10th at the latest.
The booking process
If you wish to reserve an accommodation, complete the contact form on the “I apply for a room” page with all the required documents.
If your form submission is complete, it will be presented to the orientation committee. We will get back to you via email with the next steps for your arrival..
